Jenna Greenspan

Jenna Greenspan is the Senior Director of User Experience at First Book. Over the past 10 years, she has held several positions within the organization, from frontline member services to partnership development to digital marketing. In her current role, she leads the development of the multi-channel outreach strategy to engage with the First Book Network of more than 550,000 fantastic educators serving kids in need nationwide. Passionate about supporting educators and students, her team designs programs and campaigns that drive teachers and community leaders to take advantage of resources available on the First Book Marketplace and encourages hundreds of new members to join the network every week.

Inspired by the arts and the compelling storytelling component of world history, she holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in History with a minor in Dance. Following her time at the U.S. Department of Education, Jenna pursued a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University with a focus on education policy. When she isn't writing or designing ad campaigns, Jenna loves exploring new restaurants and seeing Broadway shows.
