James Allgood
Senior Video Producer, Reading Universe
James Allgood spent 15 years producing outstanding broadcast programming for The History Channel, Netflix, ABC, and TLC. James is a former special education teacher who draws inspiration from his experience working with children diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disabilities, many of whom have overlapping learning disabilities. Working at Reading Universe gives him the chance to create engaging and accessible educational content for learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
