Decodable — Planning a Trip

Use this decodable text to give students practice reading one-syllable words with a magic 'e' (also known as silent 'e'). In this phonics pattern, there is a vowel, consonant, and final 'e'. The 'e' is silent and the vowel sound is long, like in the word mere.
