Identifying Ending Phonemes Lesson Plan

Here is a sample lesson plan for teaching phoneme identification that uses a gradual release approach, or I Do, We Do, You Do, to teach the skill. In this lesson you’ll use the Stretch and Shrink teaching strategy to teach students how to identify the ending phoneme in a spoken word. It includes all of the support resources needed to put it into action in your classroom.
