Diphthong 'ow' ("cow"): Student Read Sheet with Words, Phrases, and Sentence

For this activity, students will practice reading words, phrases, and sentences with the vowel team 'ow'. Students will decode words, build accuracy and fluency, and strengthen their vocabulary.
